This position will support the US Surgical Business and is responsible for managing the development and execution of brand-related social media and communications programs and processes. This role will lead the planning and execution of communications activities and works closely with brand teams/managers to align with business objectives and goals. This individual is responsible for working with the PR team on developing and executing the public relations strategy as well as the trade show team to ensure a comprehensive Industryy Meeting strategy . This individual will develop and execute strategic communications programs targeted at healthcare professional, patients and other key stakeholders, and also collaborate with the PR product communications lead at Valeant to develop and execute strategic communications programs that strengthen the Bausch + Lomb Brand equity.
Develops and leads Marketing and Professional Communications strategy, development and execution, focusing on marketing collateral, presentations, publications, newsletters, field communications and social media outlets leveraging clinical data, regulatory approvals, new product launches, and major industry meetings, etc.
o Core responsibilities include oversight of content development and execution on behalf of product and corporate branding promotions and industry awareness campaigns
o Oversees product brand and industry awareness content creation as well as coordination of monthly platform results, and monitoring and responding to online inquiries and conversations
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, investor relations, communications, marketing, public affairs and/or journalism.
